Parkinson’s Foundation Great Lakes makes life better for people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) by improving care and advancing research towards a cure. Whether you are newly diagnosed with PD or have been managing it for years, are a care partner, family member or friend of someone with PD, we are here to help you.
Parkinson’s Foundation Great Lakes fulfills our mission thanks to the generous support from donors, volunteers and sponsors. There are several ways you can get involved and help people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) in our area live well:
Join Moving Day
Join our Moving Day walk to speak up about Parkinson’s disease and move others to take action. Moving Day is a movement for change — toward more awareness, more funding and more understanding of a disease that affects so many of our friends and family.
Parkinson’s Revolution is an indoor cycling experience that combines passion, determination and community to generate awareness and advance our mission toward a cure. Join us across the country (in-person or virtually) for a high-energy ride that will make you perspire while being inspired!
Create a fundraiser in your community! Whether you run a 5K, host a livestream or donate your birthday, your fundraising builds awareness and raises the funds needed to advance our mission.
We appreciate all our wonderful volunteers! Without you, we would not be able to further our mission to make life better for people with Parkinson’s disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure.

Your general or tribute gift will help us improve care and advance research toward a cure. Whatever form your gift takes, you can be confident that it goes toward providing crucial resources for those affected by this disease.
