Live Fitness Fridays - Dance for Parkinson's

Join us for a medium intensity, creative dance class that encourages stretching, large movements, multi-tasking, dynamic balance, weight shifting, multi-directional stepping, and aerobic rhythmic coordination. This. session will feature musical accompaniment by Jeffery Pounds. You will need a sturdy chair for this session.
Please keep a bottle of water nearby. Enjoy the session!
