Veterans and Parkinson's
Check-in starts at 1:30 p.m.
The VA estimates that 110,000 veterans have Parkinson’s disease. For some veterans, developing PD can be associated with exposure to Agent Orange or other herbicides during military service and they are also more likely to receive later diagnoses and deal with more complicated mental health challenges. Join us as we learn more about the latest treatment advances and explore the resources and support services that veterans have access to through the VA and the Parkinson’s Foundation.
