Foster a shared understanding of technical and data engineering initiatives and their impact on the business.
- Collaboratively maximize the Foundation’s use of the data warehouse: Identify data report needs across the organization and streamline processes to efficiently analyze, report, and deliver timely and actionable insights. Proactively address data issues and implement improvements to ensure the reliability and efficiency of data processes.
- Assess, select, and manage third-party vendors for project ROI and suitability: Source new vendors, arrange internal demos, manage the contract review process, and oversee product implementation. Leverage in-house expertise to enhance the skills and capacity of current systems. Create, monitor, and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure uniformity across all systems in data collection: Maintain consistency in the appearance of webpages, donation forms, and registration pages, enhancing the overall user experience and data quality.
- Establish standard data operating procedures: Implement data quality standards, policies, best practices, documentation, and strategy for digital performance analytics and related data initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
