This April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month and we’re partnering with Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America to help people understand the complexity of Parkinson’s disease (PD) and recognize its symptoms. Explore the #ABCsofPD and tag us on social!
For us and the one million Americans living with Parkinson’s, Parkinson’s awareness is more than a month. It’s about bringing attention to a life-changing disease that is on the rise and connecting people to critical resources.
This special month-long campaign focuses on an important part of PD awareness —educating everyone on the many symptoms that impact daily life and how to address them. It’s also about helping people recognize the early signs that can lead to an earlier diagnosis and overall better quality of life.

Exercise Your Mind: Personalize Your ABCs of PD
Print our ABCs of PD worksheet to fill out your own list. Creative exercises, like this one, provide excellent mental stimulation. Vary your activity to keep the mind strong and healthy.
Group or friend activity: Print multiple copies and have everyone in your support group exercise their mind. Discuss your favorite answers as a group. Or print a few copies for close friends and your care partner. Fill out your list and compare your answers over coffee or after dinner.
