Support Groups

We strongly encourage people with Parkinson's, family members, friends, caregivers and other interested individuals to attend one of the many support groups offered. Support groups provide an opportunity for people to meet regularly for mutual support and to exchange coping skills with one another in matters relating to Parkinson's disease.

Wellness & Exercise

There are a number of activites that you can do to reduce the sympotoms of Parkinson's Disease. Movement plays a huge role in helping Parkinson's disaese so we have created a list of our funded programing for exercise and also some reccommended programs that you can take part in. All movement is good movement!
