PD SELF Pilot Program for the Newly Diagnosed

The Parkinson’s Foundation recently trained its first class of PD SELF (Self-Efficacy Learning Forum) Team Leaders. This health management program empowers people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) with the tools to take charge of their health.

Our Team Leaders are planning pilot PD SELF programs around the U.S. People diagnosed with PD within the past three years may be eligible to participate in one our pilot programs. Browse the list of PD SELF Pilot programs below and contact our Helpline at 1-800-4PD-INFO (473-4636) or helpline@parkinson.org if you are interested in participating.
