Description: The Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area's annual Symposium is the largest educational event in the region for Parkinson's disease. It is a conference that features lectures about the latest in PD treatments and research, delivered by leading movement disorder specialist, who are also members of the PFNCA's Medical Advisory Board. The 2014 Symposium will again feature the Resource Hallway where area hospitals and organizations that provide care and services for the Parkinson's community will be gathered for direct interaction.
Registration will be open in the Fall when the agenda is announced - make sure you register early for this highly attended event! The PFNCA Symposium is an education event created for persons with Parkinson's diagnosis and their families to gather as a community and learn more about their resources and options.
